A neat little vignette that you are more than you seem.
The other day, I played some classic video games with a friend’s daughter. We had a great time nudging each other off the seat as we traded off player 1 and player 2. Two kids we were, having fun. Only one of us within the body of an adult.
Reflecting back, I remembered I had gotten a high score on an old familiar old game, and I clearly remember entering my first and middle initial. But I then drew a blank on what I had entered for the third.
With a smile, the answer came to me. The child who happily played had no married name. My friend confirmed that I had entered the initials I had as a kid without a second thought.
